Well I guess it is time to get on my high horse again.. This bill is as Unconstitutional as anything I have seen. If it passes, and the Democrats get their way, this will become the law of the land until the Supreme Court Overrules it.
The most glaring thing in this bill is the right to inspect your home at any time. Second is the Mental and Physical exam.. WHO decides who the examiner is. There are psychiatrists out there that believe that any ownership of a gun is grounds for placing you in a mental hospital..
